- 4 large potatoes diced
- 1 large onion diced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. raw fish haddock, sole, pollack, salmon
- 1 can broken lobster
- 1-10 oz can clams or bar clams
- 12 oz scallops
- 2 cups 10% cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. parsley fresh chopped and dried
- 1/4 cup green onion chopped
