Hotel Rooms:

June 1 – September 30:  3 night minimum stay

October 1 to May 31:  2 night minimum stay

Cottages:

June 1 to September 30:  7 night stay minimum stay. 

October 1 – May 31:  2 night minimum stay

Cancellation and Deposit Policy – Blackbush Resort

• A deposit of 50% of the total room charge plus tax is required at the time of reservation. The remaining 50% of the total room charge plus tax will be secured 14 days prior to arrival for reservations from October to May and 30 days prior to arrival for reservations from June 1 to September 30. Cancellations can be made up until the time of the final deposit with a full refund. After final payment is made, the reservation is non refundable.
• Cancellations within 14 days of arrival from October to May and 30 days of arrival from June 1 to September 30 render the full room deposit charges non-refundable. Blackbush Beach Resorthighly recommends purchasing travel insurance for unexpected cancellations.

On or after the day of your arrival, any date changes or cancellation to the number of room nights for all or part of your stay will result in the processing of the full value of your stay that you originally reserved.

Check-in standard: a credit card must be presented for pre-authorization of $300 CAD for incidentals upon check-in. Any remaining funds from credit card pre-authorization will be released within 3 to 7 business days of your check-out date at the discretion of your financial institution. 

Check in is 4pm, check out is 11am.

All guests of Blackbush Beach Resort are required to read and sign the Blackbush Rental agreement prior to arriving. 

Pets complying with the Blackbush Pet Policy may be allowed in specific rooms and cottages following prior approval.
