WINTER OYSTER FISHING
Harvest Oysters through the Ice.

1 – 6 persons
3-5 hour experience
Venture out on a frozen river, to a private oyster lease, cut a huge hole in the ice and dig out an Oyster catch.
You will be taught how to tong oysters, separate them, clean them, measure them and finally shuck them to eat.
There is usually a bonfire on the ice made for clients to keep warm and a fresh pot of steamed mussels made
to enjoy amongst the group… along with some Oystering story tales.
