Lobster Rolls PEI Style

The best Lobster rolls come from lobsters that are caught off the north shore of Prince Edward Island!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can drained lobster
  • 1 cup medium cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup green pepper
  • 1 tbsp minced onion
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp mayo

Instructions
 

  • Mix all above ingredients, heat thoroughly and serve in heated hotdog rolls.
