Regular Unit:
- 2-night minimum stays are $450/night + HST. Pets are welcome at a $75 charge per stay.
- Weeklong stays (any consecutive 7 night stay) are $2835 + HST.

Hot Tub Unit
- 2-night minimum stays are $500/night + HST. Pets are welcome at a $75 charge per stay.

- Minimum stay of 5 nights at $650/night + HST. Pets are welcome at a $75 charge per stay.
- Weeklong stays (any consecutive 7 night stay) are $4500 + HST.

Hot Tub Unit:
- Minimum stay of 5 nights at $700/night + HST. Pets are welcome at a $75 charge per stay.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Deposit Policy for your Reservation
To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount, including taxes, will be applied to the credit card provided upon time of reservation.
Cancellation Policy
In the unfortunate event that you should need to cancel your reservation, the following will apply:
For stays of less than 5 nights:
We require notice of cancellation 7 days prior to 3:00pm of your scheduled day of arrival. Cancellations made within 1 week of your arrival, including not showing up on your arrival date, shall result in a forfeiture of your deposit.
For stays of 5 nights or more:
We require notice of cancellation 30 days prior to 3:00pm of your scheduled day of arrival. Cancellations within 30 days, including not showing up on your arrival date, shall result in a forfeiture of your deposit.
