If you are looking to hit up some nearby trails, we have you covered! Blackbush Island Tidal Walk is a challenging 6 km trail at Tracadie Beach that leads you through some of the oldest and largest sand dunes in PEI National Park.

There are also local paths nearby that are accessible to wander. Robinson Island Loop (19 km away) is a 3.1 kilometer lightly trafficked trail located near Brackley Beach that offers glimpses of wildlife and is great for any skill level.

Winter River is also nearby (10km away) which features  4.3 kilometer trail loop which is lightly trafficked and rated as moderate. The trail is primarily used for hiking and trail running.

Another notable hike which is roughly 3.1 kilometers long is at Greenwich. This region is still part of Prince Edward Island National Park.  It features a floating boardwalk and views of ocean dunes, wildlife and wetlands.
This trailhead is (55 km away) east of Blackbush Resort going towards Saint Peters Bay.
