Our hotel is an adults-only hotel; all guests staying in the hotel must be 18+.

Children are welcome in our villas and cottage accommodations, which are family-friendly
and separate from the hotel building.

Cancellation and Deposit Policy – Blackbush Beach Resort

  • Deposits & Payments A deposit of 50% is required at time of booking. Payment can be made using Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Diners Club. Blackbush Beach Resort does not accept cash.

    The remaining balance will be charged at check-in

    Cancellations & Refunds

    • Cancellations made 72-hours prior to arrival are eligible for a deposit refund.
    • Cancellations made within 72-hours of arrival – The 50% deposit is non-refundable
    • Reductions in the number of nights within 72 hours of arrival or after check-in are non-refundable.
    • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unexpected changes to your plans


    Check-In Requirements

    Check-in: 3:00PM Check-out: 11:00AM
    A valid credit card is required at check-in for a $300 CAD pre-authorization to cover incidental charges. Provided no damages are incurred, the pre-authorized amount will be released on the day of departure. Please note that it may take 5 to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

    Identification
    Government-issued photo identification is required for all guests aged 18 and over at check-in.

    Rental Agreement All guests of Blackbush Beach Resort are required to read and sign the Terms and Conditions.

    Dog Policy Dogs that meet the criteria outlined in the Blackbush Dog Policy may be permitted in designated rooms and cottages, subject to prior approval. A fee of $75 +tax, per stay, is required.
