You wont have to look far to get your bird watching in. (no pun intended).

Blackbush Resort is home to its very own live-in family of Osprey.  The nest is visible from the Hotel,
which overlooks Grand Tracadie Bay.  You will most certainly spot the Osprey as they
dive for fish and go about their daily hunting routines.

Often spotted at Blackbush are Bald Eagles, Canada Geese, Great Blue Herons, as well as many songbirds and water fowl. 

Neighboring PEI National Park also offers guided birding events during the summer for visitors.
The area is rich in a variety of species including Gulls, Eagles, Heron, Sparrows, Piping Plover, Blue Jays,
Kingfisher and Warblers.
